Walk A Mile In My Shoes: Transforming Consciousness Through Role Reversal

These experiences aims to facilitate the development, identification, and expansion of social and group consciousness; to provide local and ongoing format for people of diverse identities and communities to experientially explore current social issues and their impact in our lives; to shift consciousness from a polarized to a more unifying stance through the process.

This process uses an experiential education process known as Sociodrama. Sociodrama, has a long track record of being able to effectively address the social conflicts we all face and provide new responses to handle these situations. It has been used in settings ranging from corporate boardrooms to social justice organizations.
