What's your dream?

In the midst of news and narrative about what appears to be amazing chaos in our world, I am reminded that as an artist, each day I call upon my inner file of creative openness to guide me to author some essence of art that will hopefully inspire the heart and mind of the listener(s) to awaken the energy of joy and peace within them. Some days this call is easier heard than others, but I heed the call because I believe in the transformative power of sharing hope, beauty, joy and creative enthusiasm.

I had a great teacher who shared with me the message that my mission in life is to inspire people to keep their will to dream alive. He also told me to create melodies to remind the masses of the beauty of the creation of a collective dream of joy which will feed the "Dreamer's Pool" of unlimited possibilities.

I have a hope that as we the family of creation look at our world, we will be inspired to realize that the water's in our collective "Dream Pool" are at a low level and the nightmares of our current shared reality have made the water's a bit murky. Perhaps the time has come to dream a more loving, empowering dream that is emblazoned by the glorious colors of truth, honesty, love and integrity.

We are all a part of this landscape of life and are players in the day to day drama on the art of living stage. I encourage you to dream in great detail dreams that will encourage you to inspire the heart and mind of the next person you meet this day. Work your artistry of the heart in each moment. Dream dreams that will enrich your life and the lives of the ones you love. Believe that the manifestation of your dreams is not contingent upon what others do, but rather on your doings and your desire to participate in the dream come true possibility for all who dream dreams that serve the collective life story.
