My recent interview on the Doug Noll internet radio talk show

On 21 August, I had the pleasure of appearing on the Doug Noll show, an internet radio talk show. Mr. Noll asked me all sorts of questions in regards to Intersections work, the controversy surrounding Park51, and the Middle East conflict. You can listen to the show here.

One of the things that struck me the most was the lack of knowledge about the Iraqi refuges crisis. In a variety of settings, I have come across people who are unfamiliar with this refugee crisis, one of the largest humanitarian crises in the past 10 years. This is exactly why I am such a proponent of Intersections Iraqi Voices Amplification Project (IVAP), which is working to promote education and raise awareness about this underreported humanitarian crisis.
