United Nations Department of Public Information Associates Intersections and 61 other NGOs

On June 30, at the first biannual meeting of the Non-Governmental Organizations Committee, 62 non-governmental organizations were associated with the United Nations Department of Public Information. This brought the total number of non-governmental organizations that work with the Department in the area of communications and information to 1,588.

Among the non-governmental organizations newly associated, eight came from the United States,  including Intersections International. Read the press release and see the full list of NGOs associated.
